ASA ML-E – The New Ethernet!
Speaker: Kamal Dalmia, Co-Founder
Day 2, March 22nd
Time: 15:00
Description: Automotive SerDes Alliance (ASA) has been working on a modern approach to automotive Ethernet Physical Layer solution called ASA ML-E as part of ASA 2.0 specifications. The new Ethernet PHY is highly optimized for both asymmetrical and symmetrical use cases. This presentation provides an overview of the latest specification in a tutorial format.
The ninth Automotive Ethernet Congress to be held on March 21 – 23, 2023 at the Hilton Munich Airport will look to address the following questions: Does the selected transmission technology support the transformation of the E/E architecture from hardware-based to software-centric? Does it offer the necessary flexibility and self-learning capability to be able to continuously implement new functions? Automotive Ethernet, which supports service-oriented architectures, embodies all these features.
